چکیده
We report the nanoscale spin detection and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectrum of copper $({\mathrm{Cu}}^{2+})$ ions via double electron-electron (DEER) with single spins in diamond at room temperature low magnetic fields. measure unexpectedly narrow EPR resonances linewidths $\ensuremath{\sim}2\ensuremath{-}3$ MHz from copper-chloride molecules dissolved polylysine. also observe coherent Rabi oscillations hyperfine splitting ${\mathrm{Cu}}^{2+}$ ions, which could be used for dynamic nuclear polarization higher sensitivity detection. interpret analyze these observations using both Hamiltonian modeling numerical simulations predicted DEER response, obtain a sensing volume $\ensuremath{\sim}{(250\phantom{\rule{0.16em}{0ex}}\text{nm})}^{3}$. This work will open door copper-labeled measurements under ambient conditions biomolecules nanomaterials.

MAGNETISATION AND ELECTRON SPIN RESONANCE STUDIES OF TETRAHEDRAL AMORPHOUS CARBON
The magnetisation and electron spin resonance (ESR) spectrum of two specimens of tetrahedral amorphous carbon (ta-C), deposited from a filtered cathodic arc, were measured over a wide temperature range. The magnetisation was found to consist of superparamagnetic, paramagnetic and diamagnetic contributions. The superparamagnetic contribution resembled that recently found in carbon prepared from ...

Electron spin resonance (ESR) describes a suite of techniques for characterizing electronic systems with applications in physics, chemistry, and biology. However, the requirement for large electron spin ensembles in conventional ESR techniques limits their spatial resolution. Here we present a method for measuring ESR spectra of nanoscale electronic environments by measuring the longitudinal re...

The Graphene based single electron transistor (SET) as a coulomb blockade device need to be explored .It is a unique device for high-speed operation in a nano scale regime. A single electron transfers via the coulomb barriers, but its movement may be prevented by coulomb blockade, so its effect is investigated in this research. The conditions of coulomb blockade and its controlling factors such...
متن کاملNonlinear induction detection of electron spin resonance
We present an approach to the induction detection of electron spin resonance (ESR) signals exploiting the nonlinear properties of a superconducting resonator. Our experiments employ a yttrium barium copper oxide superconducting stripline microwave (MW) resonator integrated with a microbridge. A strong nonlinear response of the resonator is thermally activated in the microbridge when exceeding a...
